Products

Yes. The Firebee line offers programmable I/O modules and an API for integration with CCTV systems, access control, building automation (BMS), and building management platforms. Refer to the Integrations section for reference architectures.

Firebee Connect is the first Brazilian system for remote monitoring of fire control panels, capable of supervising Firebee equipment as well as third-party panels. It allows for real-time dashboards, smart notifications, and a complete history of events for building management and fire brigades.

Technical

No. Firebee operates in the Anatel-licensed sub-GHz ISM band, far from the congested Wi-Fi (2.4/5 GHz) and Bluetooth ranges. The network uses frequency hopping (FHSS) and a self-healing mesh to ensure interference immunity in accordance with ISO 7240 EMC tests.

Firebee detectors have a designed life of 5 to 10 years with a dedicated lithium battery, depending on the model and network traffic. The control panel issues a low battery warning with sufficient lead time for scheduled maintenance, without impacting the continuous supervision required by ISO 7240.

The Firebee system operates in the ISM band (868/915 MHz) with a typical range of ate 200 meters in open field. In indoor environments, the average range is between 50 and 100 meters per hop, depending on the construction characteristics of the site. Repeaters can be installed to extend coverage with no practical limit to the area.

Firebee develops its own communication stack in sub-GHz ISM bands (868/915 MHz), with AES-128 encryption on the link and redundant mesh mechanisms. The stack is audited in accordance with the immunity and reliability requirements of ISO 7240 for SDAI.

Certifications

Yes. All Firebee wireless products have Anatel homologation for legal operation nationwide. The Anatel seal is printed on the labels and the technical documentation is available for project engineers and technical managers.

Yes. Firebee was the first Brazilian company to obtain ISO 7240 certification via INMETRO for the FHT panel. This certification attests to international compliance in fire detection and alarm, being a competitive advantage in bids and high-complexity construction projects.

Firebee systems are designed in compliance with ABNT NBR 17240 (design, installation, and maintenance of SDAI), with the technical instructions of the state fire departments, and with ISO 7240 (international series). We provide memorials and ARTs to support the project's technical manager.

Support

Yes. We maintain a continuous training program for integrators and designers with technical modules on the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of wireless SDAI. Training is held in person at our factory or remotely via a dedicated platform.
